Coronovirus has given the self catering sector many new challenges which we have faced with practicality to provide you with the confidence and security during your stay at Kintaline.
Your safety is paramount, a full risk assessment has been carried out, and procedures are constantly being reviewed to ensure we are doing everything we can to protect you.
At each change over the house is thoroughly aired, and many items in the house are changed over : cushions, pillows, duvets, games, cleaning bottles and other high touch items. A few of the items that might have been included as useful extras in normal years have had to be removed.
There is a box in the kitchen for any books etc you might read that can be quarantined between lets.
After the house has its usual stringent deep cleaning, it is sanitised. Guests are asked to leave by 10 am and arrival is after 5 pm so our cleaning team have good time to make sure everything is ready and safe for each holiday week.
Jill will meet you outside, in gloves and mask, and introduce you to the house.
Booking in 2021 may be affected by restrictions. It is highly recommended that you take out travel insurance, which is available to cover Coronavirus now. To make your booking risk free a 20% booking deposit will be needed at the time of booking from 1st January 2021. This will be non-refundable but, in the event of Covid self isolation/illness due to Covid, will be credited towards a future stay (valid for 12 mths). Balances will be due 4 wks before arrival. In the event of government lockdown/travel restrictions, balance payments will be refunded (less a £50 admin feed).

No holiday guests are permitted to stay at present.
We are allowed to accept essential workers, guests for 'exceptional reasons', including 'between homes' & for legitimate work purposes. NB Proof would be needed.
