Fancy trying orienteering? "What's that?" you say ...... It's a way of spending time outdoors in a forest getting yourself around a marked course, getting fresh air and the heart rate up. ECKO is our local club and we have an event on Saturday at 11am out at Eriska. We're using a brand new map of the area. Great for kids, great for adults
