I host the Ardchattan Parish Archive and one of my passions is researching the people who lived here, between the lochs of Creran and Etive, north of River Awe, around Ben Cruachan, all the way up to Glencoe
The house is a perfect base for exploring the churches, settlements, landscape understanding how people lived centuries ago.
After being out all day absorbing the essence of the area, enjoying the scenery, the food, even taking on craft workshops to learn new skills, you can gather around the large dining table to pour over maps, records and more with superfast wifi around the whole house.
