Lorn Agricultural Show is a fantastic day out and so close - it is held on our own Tralee beach, just walking distance from the house.
The livestock judging starts at 10 am .. well worth getting down early to see the quality sheep and cattle being shown.
There are some excellent food stalls of local produce : locally grown burgers, venison, and ice cream from hand milked highland cows.
In the afternoon there is plenty of entertainment from Oban Pipe Band, Dog show, Small animals to see, Agility, Classic cars and Music.
