We are joining forces to run retreats in the area in 2024 and as part of this exciting new collaboration we are offeing a FREE taster half day Wild Swim /Walk adventure on the Island of Kerrera, Oban.

This involves a short ferry trip (donation on the day to cover ferry cost which is around £5 return ) then a guided walk down to Gylen Castle with a magical guided dook under the castle.

Soak in the scenery and learn about the island, as well as the benefits of Cold Water Immersion as we enjoy a half day of outdoor immersion and adventure.

Bring a packed lunch, water hot drinks, swimwear, warm clothing sturdy footwear and waterproof clothing . Please note accommodation and food is not provided on this trip.

Spaces are limited in order to host a bespoke enhanced experience. Particpants will be sent a waiver and health form to complete before the event to make sure your safety is priority.
